What’s best for you?

The main difference between coaching and therapy is that therapy addresses more urgent clients needs. This is helpful when clients have a difficult time with normal daily tasks on a regular basis due to past traumas. Both coaching and therapy acknowledge and respects events from the past and seeks to develop positive skills and perspectives to move forward in a grounded way. I can only provide therapy to clients in New Mexico and Oklahoma due to license restrictions. Please reach out and we can discuss which option is appropriate for you.
